Where to Stay

🛏️ What hotel should I book to stay at the night before/day of the wedding?

We have a couple options for you! All of these are within a 20 minute drive from the venue. We do advise you book ASAP, as July in Lebanon is wedding and tourist season so all places will be near capacity, if not sold out. 🔴 NOTE: You will have to download WhatsApp to contact these hotels as many of them do not have websites to book on.

🔹 Airbnbs are also a great option in the area!


💰 How do I pay for the hotel?

Most places in Lebanon will require you to pay the full amount when you book. They will ask you to send money through Western Union/OMT or Whish Money. Western Union has an application that you can put your bank/card information into, however their transfer fee is expensive. We suggest you find your local Fred Meyer, CVS, Rite Aid, etc. to send money through Western Union because the transfer fee is much cheaper when you send it through a 3rd party vendor. You also have to remember that the person picking up the money will lose 2% (cash-handling fee) of the amount you send, so you have to account for that 2% fee before you send the money to tack it onto your total amount (🔴 example: transfer fee = $15, hotel fee = $100, 2% fee of $115 = $2.30, total amount to send = $117.30 🔴). If your contact is registered through Whish Money, you can download and use the TapTap application by registering your bank/card. The transaction fees are fair on TapTap and it's easy to use!

⭐️ Where should I stay if i'm staying longer before/after the wedding?

Anywhere you want! Lebanon was made to be seen and explored. You are going to be standing in the oldest country (or one of the oldest, depending on who you ask) in this world. However, we do recommend you stay in Beirut, as it is easy access to awesome nightlife, beaches and the rest of the country. We also recommend you stay in Jbeil (Byblos) or Batroun if you're looking for a night on the Mediterranean with great seafood and beach parties. There are really tons of mountain chalets and villas you can also stay at to experience the nature and villages in Lebanon. It all depends on what you're looking to see! As you know, we have sent you a special itinerary for the week because we want to show you our motherland that we are so prideful of.


If you plan on being cool and showing up before the wedding, please see the below dates and locations to book your accommodations!


🔴 NOTE: Sabrina and Nader's guests will be split up the night before the wedding (July 25). Sabrina's guests will stay at the hotel they are already in, while Nader's guests will book at a hotel in Baakline, near Nader's house.


⬆️ This is to make your life easier on the morning of the wedding, however, if Nader's guests would like to stay at the current accommodations with Sabrina's guests, that is totally fine! Just be ready for a lot of driving that day 🚗
